Our Process

Step 1 – Discovery

We want to understand your big picture. Before you even arrive for a consultation with our team, we will ask you to send us via email, any and all inspiration you may have collected. This could be anything from pictures and pins of designs that you like, swatches, designs and color samples that will all help us understand in depth, the aesthetic you are looking to achieve in each room of your home. We have created a handy checklist that you can download here to make sure you’ve sent us everything required for a smooth first consult such as window and wall measurements, number of rooms in your home and other details.

Step 2 – One-On-One Consultation

We welcome you to our showroom conveniently located just northwest of downtown Edmonton. Together, we’ll review fabrics that align with your home’s palette and design. We’ll look at sample books, swatches and discuss best ideas for achieving your vision. Using your measurements, we’ll be able to provide you with a quote.

I recently had my sofa cushions revamped. They were originally stuffed with down feathers and some foam and I worked with Tom “the foam guy” designer extraordinaire, to come up with cushions that have a shabby chic look. Well Tom did a fabulous job and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. And I am so thankful to Tom that I got to work with him behind the scenes in his workshop! I went to Wigger Draperies to ask for blind string… great experience, it seems they provide exceptional customer service. While waiting in the store, I started to think about upgrading a few window coverings, especially the bay window of my living room… Aga kindly provided me with many design ideas, she quickly summarized the pros and cons of each design… will definitely keep them in mind when upgrading our window drapes.

We have done quite a substantial renovation to our main floor of our home and had come to the window coverings portion of the Reno. Upon our first meeting with Aga at their showroom, and her help with different varieties and examples of window coverings, to her coming to our home to look at our windows and offer more help, here at our home. She was amazing with her knowledge and suggestions for our Living Room, bedrooms, office and bathroom. We decided on a combination of Romans, Hunter Douglas Blinds, and Living Room Side Panels. We are so amazed and happy with the whole process at Wigger. Their promptness, professionalism and knowledge were over the top. From Aga, Matt, their installer, to all the staff at their offices, we are so happy we chose them. It has added the final step to our Reno, to making our home so comfy and beautiful. We are over the moon satisfied with Wigger and would always recommend them to anyone that requires their services. Aga and your staff we give you all a 10 plus. Thank you so much!!!

I'll give Wigger 5 out of 5 for my new custom drapes that we did in all three rooms of my condo. You have to get a number of important decisions right when you do this (e.g. what fabric, what style, what dimensions and placement, what rod, what liner, etc.) and without all the help and good advice I got, I would have been either stuck or made a wrong choice. Instead, looking at the finished result, I see we really did get it right!

They are very helpful. I had a very small problem which they were very attentive too. I always think when you get friendly help for a situation that has nothing to do with profit you can expect similar attention for bigger issues.Also noticed that the staff were generally helpful and respectful to one another
